CutWord processes video and audio files locally on your device. We do not transmit, store, or otherwise access the contents of your media, command triggers, or any edits you make.
We do not embed analytics, ads, or third-party tracking libraries in CutWord. The only usage data we receive comes from Apple’s TestFlight service while you participate in the beta program. TestFlight may provide us with:

The public website cutword.com is a static marketing site. We do not set cookies, use web beacons, or log IP addresses beyond standard, short-lived server logs required for security and performance.

TestFlight crash logs and analytics remain in Apple’s developer dashboard for up to 1 year or as otherwise governed by Apple’s policies. We do not extract or store this data elsewhere unless needed to reproduce a critical bug, in which case it is deleted when no longer necessary.

Although CutWord performs all processing locally, we follow industry best practices to secure our website, developer accounts, and any servers that may incidentally store crash logs.
CutWord is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Material changes will be announced on cutword.com and, when applicable, through TestFlight release notes. Continued use of CutWord after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
